ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH
This is a two part message:
1.) At the end of each year, I feng-shui my email list… it’s the perfect time to release and bring in the new. If you wish to receive notice of my newsletters and events, please respond to this email no later than December 29th. Write on the subject line, ‘Keep on list” and in the body section of the email, put your name because sometimes the emails don’t tell me who you are. 2.) The practicum this month will be my Annual Solstice Celebration held at my home on Saturday, December 2oth, the day before the Winter Solstice from 11-4 so mark your calendar. We will spend the day together in camaraderie with other ThetaHealers® of all levels in holiday celebration. There will be fun activities in preparation for the season including two door prizes. The cost is $40 for this all day event with all money collected going to the grant/scholarship fund. Through your past attendance, you have supported many students in participating in ThetaHealing workshops who would not otherwise be able to attend…thank you so much! Please RSVP by Tuesday, December 14th as space will be limited to the first 20 people. If you RSVP and cannot make it, please let me know at least two days ahead of time.
What to Bring and the Schedule of Events
From 11 AM to 1:15, there will be exercises to prepare us for releasing what we’d like to let go of.
1. On a piece of paper, bring a list of what you’ve accomplished or achieved this year, which are positive experiences.
2. Have another list of what you’d like to accomplish or achieve in the coming year.
3. Then have a list of the fears or ‘stucks’ that come up in achieving such goals. We will do some belief work so things can move more smoothly into 2015.
4. I will also do Creator’s teachings to support us in moving into this year, letting go and bringing in the new.
5. Drumming will be experienced as we journey to meet and converse with a guide or with an Ascended Master as extra support in your life. (not that Creator-of-All isn’t enough, but friends from the 4th and 5th Plane are very powerful and so much want to participate in our lives).
From 1:15 to 2:15, there will be a delicious, organic, healthy potluck and a white elephant gift exchange
1. Please bring organic, non-GMO’d food, and wheatless (if possible) as we have those who are gluten-sensitive.
2. A white elephant gift exchange means letting go of something that you have around the house which you really don’t need or want, and you feel someone else would enjoy or appreciate it. It’s another symbolic gesture to let go of the old so the new can come in. Be mindful in your selection—make sure it isn’t toxic nor has toxic ingredients in it, and that it is non-gender specific. Please clear off the ghost imprint (energy) and charge it with a job (purpose).
From 2:15 to 4, more exercises and group and remote healings.
1. We’ll create a list of what we wish to release and how it served us or what it taught us in a group sharing. This is very intimate as we pass the talking stick around.
2. This will be followed by a manifestation exercise for the coming New Year so be clear of what you want to manifest. You can put as much as you want on the list but be aware you might get what you ask for so clarity is important
3. Also bring in names of people who want healings. We will do a group remote healing that will include us as well.
Holidays are sometimes difficult for people and I welcome all students of ThetaHealing®. This is a very fun opportunity to gather with others in a safe and sacred space, to share ourselves, celebrate solstice, and have support as the New Year rolls in.

I have room for two in this program which is going to meet on Google Hang-out on one Wednesday a month from noon to 2 PST starting January 2015. This program is for those who really want to commit to learning different facets of ThetaHealing, working professionally with clients, ethics, emotional presence, transference/ countertransference/ projection, safety issues, self-defining beliefs, digging tips, and Inner child. This will include discussions, supportive homework/practice, and facilitation. It’s a six month commitment of once a month for two hours, and anyone who has had Basic and Advanced in the last five years is invited. Interesting that I bought a ticket to see my family perform at the San Francisco Dicken’s Faire. On the 21st, we have a New Moon in Capricorn on the day of the solstice.
I write glancing out my healing room window which overlooks my beautiful garden. Though I still have the remnants of vegetables growing, while the rest of the country is in bitter cold, it really makes me appreciate the hardiness of the plants and vegetation of the 2nd Plane, and their willingness to support me even as they are letting go to rest for the winter. I still have a very few ripening tomatoes, string beans sprinkled near green peppers, celery, with hardy kale and chard in the other bed.
I really will miss my garden friends. Some people have animal pets. I have plant pets-- indoor and out-- as anyone who has been to my house knows. I feel that I’m really getting to know aspects not only of the 2nd Plane but all the Planes as the habitation of the 2nd Plane has aspects connected to all the other Planes…like avocados have essential fats and apples have a full round of nutrients. I’ve been ‘pushed’ to explore this more by working with it in a very physical way…a new food plan that is based on my blood panels…Metabolic Balancing®. Just to say this is not an advertisement, but there is great wisdom in the fact of understanding how the body chemistry can be enhanced through the proper balance of foods.
Did you know that from 1980 through 2011, the crude prevalence of diagnosed diabetes II increased 176% (from 2.5% to 6.9%)? What about the undiagnosed condition which starts with Metabolic Syndrome and can be passed on genetically? Did you know that not only foods but chemical toxicity and childhood trauma tie into the increased statistics? So using foods to regulate sugar and insulin levels is so important in decreasing the stress too.
Back in 2009, I took Intuitive Anatomy teacher’s training in Idaho. There were well over 100 people in the workshop. Little slips of paper with the body systems names were placed in a hat and we were to pick a slip…that would then be the system we were to present before the entire class, with Vianna writing comments after as feedback. I picked the endocrine system as did four other people. Little did I know that this was the crux of a growing issue for me. Creator gave me just what I needed to really study and understand what was going on for a long time. This presentation, with my team members, included metabolic syndrome, diabetes II, hormones, thyroid and glands. We had little time to prepare so creativity had to be sparked quickly as I didn’t have powerpoint to present. I actually dressed a friend up in all black and put yellow dots on her to identify the areas I spoke about. This was the introduction of the endocrine…the functions of the hypothalumas, pineal and pituitary glands.
Fast forward to eight months ago when my morning blood sugar scores were all over the place…Vianna told me that I needed a blood panel again. It seems when I had a NDE (near death experience) 2.5 yrs ago, my body was really having a hard time balancing all that happened. It set up a great deal of inflammation in my body and caused my whole metabolic system to be in shock. When I attempted to cleanse eight months ago, the body completely freaked out and sent my blood sugars off again. There was no way I was going to continue cleansing…too much stress for my body. I went off ALL carbs and fruits for seven months. In the meantime, my dear acupuncturist introduced me to the food plan (actually a life style plan) that would stop the insulin spikes, help me sleep as I am still in spiritual emergency, and assist to heal my body as well.
Dr. Wolf Funfack researched this work and developed it with Sylvia Burkel in Germany; and all my blood work scores were sent there where they were run through a computer. From the results, a food plan was designed specifically for me so I could balance out. For those of you who took the Advanced course, you will remember that you can work on the beliefs of a specific Plane or use the foods or food products within that Plane to heal... or both, which is what I'm doing since I’ve got several Planes affecting me.
The plan has four phases and the first two are very strict…I’m still in phase two after 6 weeks. Many people use it to release weight. That has not been my goal… I had already released nine lbs. from how I had to eat for the previous eight months. And since being on it, I’ve released about five more lbs. I haven’t been this weight in 25 years, and all my clothes are baggy except my stretch pants…glad the style is big tops and leggings now. But I’m told that this will all balance out. My kids are looking to see if my bones hang out…they don’t…I’m petite.
There is a minimal of healthy fats for the first 16 days and all meals have to be eaten five hours apart to not cause insulin spikes. If I get hungry, which happens after four hours or so, I drink more water to stretch myself to five hours. There is also no exercise during this conversion phase except maybe light yoga or an easy walk. After that it’s free game. Just to say that after one night on this program, I’ve been sleeping 6 to 7 hrs a night. This is unbelievable for me with still vibrating from the spiritual emergency…and even the vibrations dropped to a lower level.
The first two bites at any meal is protein to start the regulation of the insulin levels. The pancreas will then produce the hormone glucagon to help digest the protein. This hormone is the antagonist of insulin and blocks insulin production. The result is lower insulin levels, which stimulates fat burning, blocks fat synthesis and prevents hunger attacks. Consistently elevated insulin levels block the production of many of the hormones that protect the body from inflammation and aging. And my morning insulin levels have been dropping…even hit 89 one morning… which the real normal is between 80-85, not what most people think. Many believe that it is around 100-115 which is really pre-diabetic levels.
The critical factor for the metabolism is the appropriate composition of amino acids (the Third Plane factor), and the more they resemble human protein, the higher the biological value meaning how much of the protein in the food can be transformed into human protein. Due to this, there is no combining of proteins in a meal otherwise it can lead to acidification of the body. Not eating cheese on my turkey burger is definitely missed. Not eating cheese, for that matter, is missed. I'm glad I had my fill while in Italy in October.
The reason I like all that has been offered around this plan is because it’s not a fad plan but a real lifestyle change. It balances the biochemistry with food chemistry. I have to tune into my tastes and smells, identify what is true hunger vs cravings and actually feel the fullness after eating, and there are inner perceptional changes that connect me to my body. For someone who has not been wanting to eat for awhile (the spiritual emergency kind of did a number around my appetite, but it also happened prior where I’d forget to eat being busy with other things), getting my appetite back has been a big deal. To recognize when my body wants to eat and actually supplying it with the best fuel possible is going to do wonders for all aspects of me. It has already started to do this.
So as the next set of holidays approach, I can have another ‘ treat meal’ which means I can eat something outside the plan but be mindful of how I feel and immediately go back on after. It also means that I’d rather stay on the plan until I’m more balanced out. I like sleeping! I like not vibrating as much! I like being able to socialize a little more! I like the growing feeling that I might have a life that is more inclusive then my home, computer and meditation cushion. I’m feeling a lot of gratitude these days as I’m slowly emerging from this firey cocoon.
We are nearing the end of the year. There is a group conscious energy shift that occurs at this time around the world. It’s a good time to question our old patterns around our evolving consciousness in general, but also around nourishing and comforting ourselves in ways that are long lasting. What is it that we want to feed in ourselves and support in others in a different way? What are the goals we have to nourish ourselves in ways that allow for the right energy to support us in the world? I know that many think of this after New Years, but our bodies can sure use our mindfulness any ole time.

Artist Manipulates 48 Pools Of Water With Brain Waves
“Brain power” takes on a literal meaning when it comes to the work of Lisa Park. Park combines EEG scanning with speakers and pools of water to visualize her thoughts and emotions. Last year, she exposed her brain patterns to the world with Eunoia, in which she placed five water-filled metal plates atop speakers designed to respond to her real-time brain data. In that project, Park sorted the data into five emotions—sadness, anger, desire, happiness, and hatred, one per plate. Tapping into your Emotions at the Core
So how do we tap into our emotional body? How do we bring awareness to all of that flowing water between the different planes of our being? The truth is, it’s actually far simpler than you ever imagined, and we’ve got some solid hard-science here to back this up. In a recent study posted on ScienceDaily, an experiment was conducted to see how 6th grade students responded to different emotional states, if they could tell the difference between emotions in photographs that they would identify. Those who spent a larger amount of time on their devices (smartphones, playing video-games and watching videos) had a far harder time identifying emotions than those who spent their week at camp. In addition to that, students who originally had a hard time identifying emotions, after 5 days at camp showed significant improvement in their ability to identify emotional states in themselves and the photographs they were shown.
