Ahhh…the start of a New Year. I’m ready. I definitely feel it’s going to be very different for me than ever before. Not that 2009 wasn’t wonderful. I wrote up a list of everything I achieved, and it was amazing for me to read all that I accomplished. Meeting more of my soul family in Idaho and being with so many incredible healers really anchored me into this amazing Art that I’ve been practicing for 11 years.
To start the celebrations of 2010, the blue moon will appear. On a plain physical level what is happening is that the moon is out of phase with the days. For it to make its complete cycle, it's about 29.5 days. It doesn't coincide with our month, and that's why it is out of sync with our Julian calendar. It's the occurrence of two full moons in one month, which happens every two years hence the popular quotation "once in a Blue Moon" which means 'not very often.' On average, there will be 41 months that have two Full Moons in every century, so you could say that once in a Blue Moon actually means once every two-and-a-half years.
On a spiritual level it is as if it asks us to 'flash forward' into the next two years to see what we can see. This is the most important New Years Eve we have ever been gifted in a long time. This will affect your energy field and your choices. Choice wisely. Watch your thoughts because manifestation comes quickly these days. Put out what you want to create in your life for this year into manifestation this week, because it is energized to really happen. Check and clear any fears that might slow you down in having it.
Besides the fact that the New Year includes my birthday this month (and happy birthday to you other Capricorns!), I will be at the birth of my grandchild arriving in June. I have so many things planned and coming to fruition.
AND I’m very excited to announce that my new book, “Moving Beyond: Healing the Trauma of Physical and Sexual Abuse through ThetaHealing,” has not only been approved by Vianna but is in downloadable form and available at my website for sale. I feel that this book is absolutely invaluable if you work with people who have been abused (or you have been yourself) whether its known consciously or not. Considering that 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men have been sexually abused under the age of 18, and there are 1.7 million reports of child abuse each year [the number of reported cases is small compared with the number of actual cases], your chances of no one coming in contact with these issues are slim. This book is a work of love and almost 25 years of working in the field.
There is also a great deal of news coming from the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge about changes that will be occurring. If you are planning on training to be a Basic and Advanced ThetaHealing Teacher, the workshops will not be in Idaho this year. You can become certified in February in Las Vegas (Basic Teacher’s Feb. 16-19th and Advanced Teacher’s Feb. 21-22nd http://www.thetahealing.com/thetahealing-las-vegas.html) or in the Bahamas from May 20-27th. I’m manifesting to go to assist Vianna in the Bahamas for my recertification. She’s already given me permission so the manifestation is partly complete. I just have to show up. I can assist for 4 hours a day and then snorkel myself to ecstasy. There also seems to be some salsa clubs there. (what’s life without dancing?!)
Before the Basic Teacher’s workshop in February, Vianna will be having a SoulMate day on February 14th in Las Vegas. This is for anyone, not just ThetaHealers, to get more specifics on manifesting an equal, growing and loving relationship and what gets in the way. There is a dance planned after. The book, “ThetaHealing” is the 3rd highest selling spiritual book in Japan right now. It might have gone higher had they not run out of books. And Vianna has a new book coming out soon about the complete stories of her own healings on herself with verifiable medical records. If you have wondered about all that Vianna has gone through in bringing this Art to the world, you won’t want to miss the juicy details when it’s ready.
Hays House, the international leader in self-help and transformational publishing, has now included Vianna’s books as part of their company. We are all excited. Teachers will still be able to get their discounts.
The Institute is working with a professor of anthropology (specializing in behavior) who is helping them with some experiments this coming summer. At the Institute this past year, the professor’s wife’s brain waves were measured while she received a healing. As soon as she was touched, her brainwaves went down into Theta, which is what we are taught would happen (remember your Basic training…when we go into Theta, so does the client). And when she said the name of Creator, she instantly went even deeper near a Theta-Delta state.
The electroencephalogram actually shows which part of the brain is working. The measurements literally changed as Vianna worked on different parts of her body and brain. When she worked on the professor’s wife’s heart, all of her energy went down into her cerebellum and medulla oblongata thus showing how the healing transferred energy through the brain.
For those who will be taking Advanced courses at the Institute in Idaho, don’t be wary if the back room looks like a 1930’s hair permanent station with wires hooked up to people’s head. You may even want to consider having your own personal hook up for brain wave measurement. It’s kind of “glued” to your head with about 19 electrodes. I had it done last summer (after clearing a few beliefs before I could sit down). I reached a deep Theta to delta state and maintained it during the entire session. I was also told that I had a very balanced brain…but my hair looked terrible!
They are expecting plenty of participants who will be able to have their brainwaves mapped out, not only the healers but those being healed. For the practitioners, the tests are to see how many times they have to practice to get that steady, deep wave along with what part of the brain is working. This would also be true for the client-- what part of the brain works in being healed. This is so exciting because ThetaHealing is becoming known and accepted in main stream medical world and it’s scientifically verifiable now. In Japan, two hospitals are already using ThetaHealing as part of their holistic modalities, and it’s being made available in a hospital in Italy.
There will be a ThetaHealing association so people know what is allowable in each country's regulations of this Healing Art to give us extra support.
ThetaHealing is making some big changes in the business world also . This coming year, the Institute is starting Theta Business. It has already taken-off in Japan where they are teaching businesses how to be successful by downloading their team members. If you interested in how you can participate in bringing a new paradigm to the business world, contact the Institute. This program should be running by June.
There is new construction changes planned that will happen at THinK. A greenhouse will be built to not only do healings on plants but for nourishment and nutrition-- a café/coffee shop. The metaphysical store that was located down the road will be moved to the Institute’s location. All changes will be hopefully completed by June.
2010 is a huge year for us. We are told that this year is filled with big challenges as far as the Earth changes go, so put on your seat belts and enjoy the view. The Earth is cleansing.

The research, funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada and the National Institutes of Health, is detailed in the Nov. 26 issue of the journal Nature. Many types of Balsamic Vinegar contain Lead
Findings from a November 9, 2009, Environmental Health News report have revealed that many varieties of balsamic vinegar contain trace amounts of lead that are contributing to neurological and other damage in both children and adults.
