ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH
The next Paradigm Shifters gathering will be on Saturday, 14th from 11 to 1:30 with an organic potluck after. The theme is “Identifying where we sacrifice ourselves in our lives and how to stop letting it occur.” We will do body scans and digging with an exercise in future readings. The cost is $30 and all money goes to the Grant/scholarship fund. Please RSVP no later than Wednesday, June 11th. I welcome all students of ThetaHealing®. Besides having time to work on yourself, remember that the more you practice, the better practitioner you will become, and the more that ThetaHealing® can be incorporated into your life to change it. Having facilitation is important to make your practice more skillful and having a supportive group of like-minded people helps to make it safe to delve into issues.
All courses are accredited by the ThetaHealing Institute of Knowledge® and can be applied toward the ThetaHealing® Master program. More information at http://www.thetadnaactivation.com/workshops.html

BLOG FOR THE SOUL
Hi to all:
No sooner did Mars go direct last month, then Mercury and Neptune go retrograde (June 7th and then June 9th ) With any retrograde, your personal signs have more to do with the effects you feel along with your own attitude.
To keep things simple about a Mercury retrograde, consider the word, ‘re’, like re-new, re-vise, re-visit, re-negotiate…we go back and relook at what we’ve set up and not make any major commitments. That includes no signing of agreements, contracts or papers because you or the other may have a change of mind…sign only to contingency. Things are subject to delay, along with breakdowns or mix-ups which is true for the mechanical world and communications too. So tune-up your car, your house, your computer, your words/communication and life ahead of time so you’re already prepared.
Neptune retrograde causes us to have a more heightened receptivity in our feelings, that inner voice…way more acute… where we can sense far more that what meets the eye then when Neptune is direct. It’s important to work on an internal level while in this retrograde. To prevent a psychic overload during this time, expressing ourselves, what we’re feeling or sensing, is essential. Support yourselves in being aware and refraining from being around those who want to pull you into drama triangles… keep your energy balanced.
And of course, there is the Summer solstice on June 21st (3:51 PM PDT)….the longest day of the year. The sun enters Cancer, the sign of the 3 H’s…home, history and the heart. The Solstice reminds us of how essential it is to create sanctuary, calmness and quality time. Our spirits are inspired by long days of sunlight.
As practitioners in ThetaHealing, it’s so important how we use our words (good theme for a Mercury retrograde). Words are powerful vibrations. If we add intent to the point we want to get across, what it takes to really be heard, then add the tone and bodily presentation, we hear words with such a diversity of meaning. Words can create a feeling of love, warmth, caring, expression, emotion, movement and connection, determine boundaries and safety, or be hurtful, critical, fearful, distancing, dissociative or diagnostic.
One of the things that have come up many times in allowing others to work on me (which I rarely do now), or in conversations with other practitioners, particularly when I take courses, is that digging becomes a projection of the practitioner rather than an inquiry in allowing the client to get to their understanding of themselves.
Since we are all intuitives, we may ‘see’ or sense another’s issues, but I often wonder if some see it through a level of filter not fully connected to the 7th Plane. I say this because I have observed in others working on me or in listening to others in groups, that a practitioner will tell a client or another practitioner what an issue is for them or tell them that the other is triggered if there is a disagreement of perception in what is going on. Disagreeing is thus turned into a projected ‘trigger’ as if forcing the person to accept their perception, rather than asking what is really happening for the client (or other). I don’t know about you, but I appreciate the space to be asked what I feel within myself and to be supported to go down the rabbit hole and discover what things are truly mine otherwise it’s very unsettling and disempowering. I’ve reported this to THinK while at the institute, and Vianna has had to make several announcements to reinstruct how to work with clients in the digging. For me, I know when I’m triggered…I feel it in my body and in my emotions immediately. Being willing to be honest with myself in what I feel, even if it isn’t pretty, has tremendously shifted an acceptance that there is always evolution and growth possible and I can participate by starting with myself first.
When people grow up in dysfunctional households, they are often told what to feel and what is supposed to be going on for them. It’s the ‘pink elephant in the living room’ scene or the Emperor’s new clothes story…a person’s perceptions are made to be minimized, disqualified or ridiculed to support the structure of dysfunction and hold the status quo within the family. The need to be heard in one’s own awareness is squashed. Some unhealthy coping skills that occur with this in adulthood can be to control others’ perceptions thus a repetition in what happened as a child. As we recognize and give words to our needs, we have an opportunity to stop projecting them onto others or displacing them outside ourselves. The need to be heard is important, it’s real, but attempting to control others to do that isn’t healthy nor does it allow for an internalized acceptance of the need.
My practicum groups often ask me how I find the patterns below the story so easily.I’ve studied these patterns for many years in reading books, writing books, watching videos, and attending workshops plus my own personal process of inner and outer discovery. And many of them are actually in the Basic ThetaHealing book under “Diverse Belief Systems” (pages 120-127).
Even in social situations where I’m not digging, I can hear people’s beliefs....it becomes second nature. But being able to convert a belief or pattern, through All that IS, to a genuine question or inquiry, to help a friend, family, acquaintance or client down the rabbit hole, is a real art form (particularly if I'm not changing beliefs, but in a state of wondering and just relating). Watching our tone, using the words of “I wonder if” along with the who, what, where, why, and how questions, allows the client to search their mind banks and feelings and then speak to their own available truth.
As we move through our own awareness of how we communicate and what works best in speaking from our truth and our heart, we can always agree to disagree not making anyone wrong. We can also use our words to disconnect from drama triangles that attempt to place us in positions where our perspectives only become fuel to others (or to ourselves) to continue power struggles or self righteous expression.
We are in such an amazing period of accelerated transformation that we really need to use our words in ways that allow the expression of who we really are and how to be in action, power, and love. Nothing like a retrograde to make us all more mindful.
New physics acknowledges that the observer creates the reality
The quantum double slit experiment is a great example of how consciousness can affect our physical material world. A paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays explains how this experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. It is forcing physicists to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “…the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.”
Ten Mind-bending Implications of the Many Worlds Theory
There's a new theory from comic books, no less... concept established by DC, and taken further by Marvel… fictional “Multiverse” is simply the concept that there exists infinite alternate realities, each containing separate and unique versions of their characters, which exist outside one another and often cross over. The most popular mainstream interpretation, the Copenhagen interpretation, has as one of its central tenets the concept of wave function collapse. The strongest competition to this interpretation, and probably the second most popular mainstream interpretation is called the Everett interpretation... it postulates simply that the wave function never collapses; it simply branches into its own unique world-line, resulting in every possible outcome of every situation existing in physical reality.
Scientific Study Shows Meditators Collapsing Quantum Systems At A Distance
This experiment is one out of many that prove consciousness and our physical material world are intertwined. "A fundamental conclusion of new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: ‘The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.” (R.C. Henry, “The Mental Universe’.; Nature 436:29,2005)
Looking for tears under a microscope
Rose-Lynn Fisher wondered if her tears of grief would look different from her tears of joy, so she began to explore them up close under a microscope. She studied 100 different tears and found that basal tears (the ones that our body produces to lubricate our eyes) are drastically different from the tears that happen when we are chopping onions. The tears that come about from hard laughter aren’t even close to the tears of sorrow. Like a drop of ocean water each tiny tear drop carries a microcosm of human experience. Her project is called The Topography of Tears. Amazing patterns in pictures
Study says laughing can bring brain waves into mock-meditative state
Gamma brain wave pattern is associated with cognitive "flow," with being "in the zone," with the highest state of cognitive processing. It is as pleasurable as it is powerful since the neurochemical dopamine, the fuel of the brain's reward circuitry, flows freely when gamma waves prevail. This makes gamma, once experienced, a state we want to return to again and again. Dr. Lee Berk, a psychosomatic medicine specialist at Loma Linda University's School of Medicine told the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology's 2014 meeting that for 31 university students whose scalps were rigged up with listening electrodes while they watched videos either distressing or comical, unfettered laughter was the thing that brought their brain waves most consistently into a mock-meditative state. "I'm serious about laughter…It’s medicine… We need to tune into it and reap the reward."
Eight year old kid uses crystal grids to transmute negative energy and explains how it works
Adam introduces his latest crystal grid, which he calls a “web” grid. It pulls in dark energy and transmutes it to the light. It took Adam about 10 minutes to build this grid which is full of various crystals – Amethyst, Apophyllite, Celestial Smoky Quartz, Clear Quartz points, Vogels, and several Lemurian Seed Crystals. Adam didn’t pull the pattern of the grid out of a book or research it on the internet. Instead he chose to listen to the guidance of the stones themselves.
