APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

I welcome inquires for private sessions and workshops as well as instructional consultations for ThetaHealing professionals. Most of my services can be done remotely over the phone as specified below. All phone calls are paid by the client. Since I have an international clientele, Skype is available to do sessions. (free domestic and foreign calls computer to computer www.skype.com). Make sure you give me your Skype name. Scheduling from outside the United States is best done by email as I will not return foreign call inquiries by phone. My preference is that all appointments be scheduled by email.

For new clients who e-mail me for inquiries: The website has a great deal of explanation. I will answer one brief question pertaining to what you'd like to work on during your session before you schedule an appointment. Detailed explanations of your situation is best discussed during the session. The time and date for appointments can be mutually decided upon and scheduled at this inquiry.

For new clients who are calling to schedule an appointment: I will be happy to discuss what issues you'd like to work on during your session for 5 minute without charge.  Detailed explanations of your situation are to be discussed during the session time only. 

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday between 12 noon and 5:30 PM, PST. Booking at least one week in advance is recommended as appointments fill up quickly. I'm unavailable for after-hour, Friday or weekend appointments.

     

      All payments for private sessions done by phone or Skype must be received at least two days prior to an  appointment or the session will need to be rescheduled or canceled.

      

    I appreciate your respect of the 48 hour cancellation policy to allow another person to have your scheduled time and avoid paying the session fee.

APPOINTMENT FEES

 

Money Orders, Cash and Paypal (including instant transfers, debit and credit cards...no e-checks) are accepted.  No personal checks on non-local banks.

 

Paypal users for private sessions: Please notify me FIRST about scheduling an appointment before clicking the paypal button below. Once your appointment has been mutally scheduled, you can click the paypal button below. If this is your first time using Paypal, you will need to fill in some quick information as directed by the site.

 

Paypal users for workshops: Please notify me FIRST about what workshop you are wanting to attend. Then, using my email (jd@thetahealingintuitive.com), please send a Paypal payment adding 3% for US or 4% foreign service fee for the deposit or complete payment.
