APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

I welcome inquires for private sessions and workshops. Most of my services can be done remotely over the phone as specified below. All phone calls are paid by the client. You can also use Skype to call me. (free domestic and foreign calls computer to computer www.skype.com) Scheduling from outside the United States is best done by email as I will not return foreign call inquiries by phone.

For new clients who are calling to schedule an appointment: I will be happy to discuss what issues you'd like to work on during your session for 5 minute without charge.  Detailed explanations of your situation is best discussed during the session.  If you wish to discuss your case in further details, it can be done as a consultation and will be charged at my rates below.

For new clients who e-mail me for inquiries: The website has a great deal of explanation. I will answer one brief question pertaining to what you'd like to work on during your session before you schedule an appointment. The time and date for appointments can be mutually decided upon and scheduled at this inquiry.

Appointments are scheduled Monday through Thursday between 12 noon and 6 PM, PST. Booking at least one week in advance is recommended as appointments fill up quickly. I'm unavailable for after-hour or weekend appointments.

NOTE:

All payments for private sessions done by phone or Skype must be received at least two days prior to an  appointment or the session will need to be rescheduled or canceled.

I appreciate your respect of the 36 hour cancellation policy to allow another person to have your scheduled time and avoid paying the session fee.

Checks, Money Orders, Cash (for in person sessions) and Paypal (including instant transfers, debit and credit cards...no e-checks please) are accepted. 

After your appointment has been scheduled, just click the button to process a quick payment.

For Paypal users for private sessions: If this is your first time using Paypal, you will need to fill in some quick information once you've clicked the button. The buttons have the 3% service fee on all Paypal US domestic use and 4% on all foreign use included.  

For Paypal users for workshops: Please notify me first of what workshop you are wanting to attend. Then, using my email (jd@thetahealingintuitive.com) to send a Paypal payment, include a 3% for US or 4% foreign service fee for the deposit or complete payment.
